- Airtable, Inc. — to store scheduling and client roster information
- Anthropic, PBC — to help process and route scheduling requests automatically
These providers are contractually or technically limited to using your information only to provide services to TPP, not for their own independent purposes.

We retain your information for as long as you remain an active client, and for a reasonable period afterward for record keeping and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us using the information below.
